iDelivos is a platform that connects Users with Delivery Partners to enable delivery, moving & purchasing services in Singapore.
iDelivos platform is available online 24×7.
The Customer Support team are available 7am – 11pm, Singapore Standard Time, everyday, including Public Holidays.
Vehicle types available now include Car, MPV, Van & Lorry. Other modes such as motorcycle, walker and bicycle will be launched in April 2022.
First, kindly Sign Up for an account at https://booking.idelivos.com
Once your account is approved, you will be able to log in and place bookings.
Idelivos booking form is accessible from laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet. No installation of additional App or Software is required. Use browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
Pickup and delivery addresses can be anywhere within Singapore main island, Sentosa and Special Locations with Security Clearance such as Jurong Island.
There are Special Locations that you need to take note of.
Special Locations with Security Clearance require the delivery Partners to spend additional time on fulfilment of the security clearance procedures before the Partners are allowed to enter the premise. These locations include;
Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Airline Road, Airport Zone, Checkpoints, Military Camps, Ports, Shipyards, SATS, Aerospace areas, Construction sites, Supply bases
Any other special locations with security clearance that is not mentioned in this list.
Almost anything from small items to large bulky items. The list of items include documents, food, flower, cakes, pastries, groceries, small & large electronics appliance, large items such as furnitures, king-size bed, etc
However, please ensure the correct type of vehicle is chosen before placing a booking.
List of prohibited items;
- Poisonous or toxic substances.
- Explosive, flammable, hazardous, radioactive and unsafe materials, substances or items including power banks
- Examination certificates, passport and insurance documentations which cannot be reproduced.
- Written drafts, original films, tapes and film material which cannot be reproduced.
- Any items and/ or substances prohibited by law ( e.g. pornographic magazines, imitation weapons, weapons, illegal drugs )
- Live animals and plants
- Raw meat, raw seafood, frozen food and/ or dairy products
- Cash, credit or debit cards
- Passport, Driving Licence and/or other official identification documents
- Any item(s) where the total value exceed SGD500
- Precious metals, stones & bullion
- Counterfeit goods
There are 3 types of services to choose;
- <55mins for Standard Car & MPV
- Within 2 hours when using Van/Lorry
2. Same-Day Delivery
- The most flexible solution. You define the duration required between 2 hours and 23 hours ( e.g. 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours etc )
3. Next-Day Delivery
- Again, the most flexible solution. You define the pickup time and the delivery time on the next-day.
iDelivos is a platform like no other. You get to name the Service Price & Bonus. For each task, you have to ask yourself how much are you willing to pay for the Delivery/Moving/ Purchasing Service?
iDelivos enables you to create task offers. We provide Suggested Service Price & Suggested Bonus. You have the freedom to make your own considerations and offer the Service Price and Bonus as desired.
A group of Delivery Partners consider the offer created by you.
The offer created may or may not be acceptable by the Delivery Partner.
The Delivery Partner that accepts the task is the willing party who will carry out the task for you.
Besides Service Price and Bonus, there could be additional charges that you should take note of.
IDelivos encourages you to offer fair prices to Delivery Partners to achieve the best outcome. Bonus offer helps to attract & motivate the Delivery Partner.
Offering bonus is up to your discretion and is not mandatory.
Simple Pickup Option can be used to inform the Delivery Partner that the Pickup task will be easy and requires minimal effort from the delivery partner.
When Simple Pickup is selected by User in the booking form, User agrees that he has checked and confirmed that NO parking/ waiting beyond 1-minute at Pickup point is required. Prior to submitting the booking form, User must check and ensure that the Pickup location is safe for the Delivery Partner’s vehicle to stop and the Partner will not need to violate any traffic rules/ MCST rules by stopping at the Pickup location. Customer must provide manpower to load items into the Partner’s vehicle immediately upon Partner’s arrival.
Additional Charge of SGD5 apply if this option is selected & the conditions stated above are not met. In such scenario, the Partner will need to find suitable parking location before proceeding with Pickup.
For Simple Pickup, the maximum grace period is 1-minute waiting time. After 1-minute grace period, waiting time charges apply for every 10 minutes or part thereof of waiting time.
Simple Delivery Option can be used to inform the Delivery Partner that the Delivery task will be easy and requires minimal effort from the delivery partner.

iDelivos is able to connect you with 3rd party service providers who are drivers, riders or walkers that can assist you to purchase some items, i.e. food & non-food items.
Maximum value of the item that you want to purchase should be limited to amounts below, depending on the delivery mode.
For walker, bicycle, motorcycle deliveries, total value of the items to be purchased should not exceed SGD80.
For standard car, MPV, van, lorry deliveries, total value of the items to be purchased should not exceed SGD150.
Our platform only matches you with drivers, riders or walkers who are considered 3rd party service providers.
As you need to first transfer payment for the items to the driver, rider or walker before he purchases the items for you, you should be aware that there are risks of losses suffered by you in the event that the service is not well executed by the 3rd party service providers.
Make your own decision wisely, while balancing between risks, purchasing convenience and flexibilities.
Users should use PayNow to transfer the purchasing item value to the delivery partner.
After entering the delivery partner’s phone number into your mobile banking app, the name of the recipient of the PayNow transfer will be retrieved & shown by the bank.
Kindly check and ensure that the name of the recipient matches the name of the delivery partner that is stated in the booking form under Order History > Task ID
If the PayNow name of recipient does not match the name of delivery partner, we advise you to be vigilant and report this matter to iDelivos if in doubt.
Ask the delivery partner the reason for not using his own PayNow account to receive the payment & ask for a video call via Whatsapp, Wechat etc. Contact iDelivos if in doubt.
Moving Services are available for Van / Lorry only.
Other vehicle types cannot be used for moving services.
Moving Services requires manpower to help carry the items involved.
The driver and additional assistants can be requested to provide assistance with the moving of items.
Customers are advised to check and assess the number of items, size, the pathway, the size of manpower that can be provided by the customer and the number of people that is needed from iDelivos to move the items.
Customers can propose the number of driver and/or assistant(s) needed when placing a booking.
Contactless Delivery does not require physical contact between the iDelivos delivery agent and the sender/ recipient during pickup/ delivery,
Please ensure you type in the address. e.g. 11 Woodlands Close #09-23 Woodlands 11 Singapore 737853. DO NOT use simple description such as “iDelivos Office”.
This will ensure the driver receives information about the full address when you make a booking
Click on “Order History” to see the Status. If Pickup/ Delivery Status is shown as “Started” ( Blue ) click on the Task ID number.
Then, click on the “Click here to track” button on the top right hand corner. Driver location will be shown on a map.
Click on the refresh button next to the TaskID# if you need to have an immediate update on driver location.
- Try to contact the delivery driver to check on his status and location. Track the Status of the booking & location of the Driver.
- If unable to contact the driver kindly contact iDelivos customer service.
Currently only Credit Card or Debit Card are accepted for Service Price, Bonus & additional charges.
Please ensure that you are able to transfer payment for the value of purchase items by PayNow to the Delivery Partner. Kindly take note Service Price & Bonus are to be paid through the iDelivos booking form using Credit/Debit Card only.
